The purpose of Phree Shares Inc. is to share the love of God and good news about Jesus Christ our saviour. We intend for the advice on this web site to help everyone, just as Jesus Christ helped everyone. You can receive the free gift of eternal life from God by believing that Jesus Christ is the son of God, that he came to earth in the flesh and was sacrificed for your sins and resurrected by God for your life. You need to ask God for forgiveness of your sins and turn away from them, and accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour. If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you have eternal life. As a symbol, we hereby grant you exactly one non-voting share in Phree Shares Inc.: consider yourself a co-owner of this Christian corporation.

This is a private agreement between you and God, not us. We have no safe system of issuing you a physical share, but God knows everything. We pray that you will be blessed immeasurably for having accepted a share, and we ask you to pray that this corporation leads many to Jesus Christ. The only business plan for Phree Shares Inc. is the Holy Bible.

The bible teaches us that in the last days many churches and people will be deceived. Part of Acts 5:29 reads, "We must obey God rather than men." We believe it is important to accept biblical teaching above the teaching of anyone, including the keepers of this website, because people can be misled. We encourage you to ignore anything said by the Phree Shares Inc. president, directors or shareholders that contradicts what is written in the Bible. We say this to ensure that we do not mislead if we are misled. Anything that is ever placed on this web site that conflicts with the Holy Bible is not our willful doing, and should be ignored.
